Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WP Booking Pro ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.

These Terms apply to all users of the Plugin, including site administrators and end-users who interact with booking forms.

Description of Service

WP Booking Pro is a WordPress plugin that provides:

• An interactive booking calendar for WordPress websites
• Appointment scheduling and management tools
• Email notification system for booking confirmations and reminders
• Analytics dashboard for tracking booking performance
• Optional integrations with third-party services (Google Calendar, Stripe, PayPal)
• Multi-calendar support for managing multiple booking calendars

License

Free Version

The free version of WP Booking Pro is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later. You may use, modify, and distribute the Plugin in accordance with this license.

Premium Versions

Premium versions (Pro, Business, Agency) require a valid license key purchased through our website or authorized resellers. Premium licenses grant you:

• Access to premium features as described in your plan
• Software updates for the duration of your subscription
• Priority support as specified in your plan

License keys are non-transferable and may only be used on the number of sites specified in your plan.

User Responsibilities

As a user of WP Booking Pro, you agree to:

• Use the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your WordPress installation
• Keep the Plugin updated to the latest version
• Obtain appropriate consent from your customers for data collection
• Comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when collecting customer data
• Not use the Plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Plugin maliciously

Third-Party Integrations

Google Calendar

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are granting the Plugin access to your Google Calendar data
• Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google's services
• You may revoke access at any time through Plugin settings or your Google account

Payment Processors

If you enable payment processing through Stripe or PayPal:

• You must maintain valid accounts with these services
• You are responsible for compliance with their terms of service
• Transaction fees are determined by the payment processor, not us
• We are not responsible for payment processing issues or disputes

Acceptable Use

You may NOT use WP Booking Pro to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect personal data without proper consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Engage in fraudulent booking or payment activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Plugin or connected services
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Plugin will meet all your requirements
• The Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from use of the Plugin will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Plugin will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WP BOOKING PRO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data or booking information
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WP Booking Pro and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Plugin
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you process through the Plugin

Termination

By You: You may stop using the Plugin at any time by deactivating and uninstalling it from your WordPress site.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use premium features will be revoked
• You must stop using the premium version of the Plugin
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for premium licenses. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WP Booking Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
