Plugin Usage Data

Google Calendar Integration
Google API Services Disclosure
WP Booking Pro offers optional integration with Google Calendar. When you connect your Google Calendar account, our plugin accesses and uses Google user data as follows:
Data We Access:
- Your Google Calendar events (read and write access)
- Calendar metadata (calendar names, IDs)
How We Use This Data:
- To create calendar events when bookings are confirmed
- To update calendar events when bookings are modified
- To delete calendar events when bookings are cancelled
- To check calendar availability for scheduling purposes
Data Storage and Protection:
- Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database
- We do not store copies of your Google Calendar data on our servers
- Calendar data is only accessed in real-time when syncing bookings
- All communication with Google APIs uses secure HTTPS connections
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:
WP Booking Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data for the purposes explicitly consented to by the user (calendar synchronization).

Information collected through WP Booking Pro is used to:

Access and Deletion
Since all data is stored on your WordPress server, site administrators have full control over all booking data. You can export or delete any customer data through the WordPress admin interface.
Revoking Google Calendar Access
You can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time by:
- Going to WP Booking Pro Settings > Integrations in your WordPress admin
- Clicking "Disconnect" for Google Calendar
- Additionally, you can revoke access from your Google Account permissions page
Email Communications
Booking-related emails (confirmations, reminders) are transactional and necessary for service delivery. Site administrators control all email notification settings.
Cookies and Tracking
WP Booking Pro does not set any cookies or track users across websites. The plugin operates entirely within your WordPress installation.
Children's Privacy
WP Booking Pro is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
